The Language of the Spirit Lakeshore Chorale & Youth Chorale
Saturday, October 25, 2008
“Music is the language of the spirit. It opens the secret of life, bringing
peace, abolishing strife.”
Our 26th season begins with John Rutter’s Mass of the Children, a breathtaking work for adult choir, children’s choir, and soloists. This inspiring work includes all of Rutter’s signature elements: peaceful melodies, captivating rhythms, and rich harmonies. Sacred pieces and hymn arrangements complete an evening of great choral music.
